While designing a sealing element, we use zero-defect elastomers as well as our high engineering capability. The selected raw materials for acrylate and fluoro rubbers and our own polymers form the components of our highest quality elastomer compounds.
We use modern calculation methods to create material models that simulate the behavior of the material under the application in no time. A wide variety of analysis methods are used to evaluate application and resilience opportunities. We maintain the quality of our products from the very beginning by applying these high-tech materials step by step.
We have thousands of active material compositions (rubber, plastics, coatings, and adhesives) based on combinations of hundreds of available raw materials. It maintains and continues to develop a custom formulation and blending capabilities in its Research and Development facilities.
