AST Sealing Solutions endorses both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Global Compact, having Human Rights as an integral part of how AST Sealing Solutions conducts its business. Human Rights has been fundamental for AST Sealing Solutions since the very beginning and was first formalized in the AST Sealing Solutions Code of Conduct in 2005, declaring our responsibility towards our customers, employees, the environment, and society. We demand a high level of commitment from our business partners which is made clear in the AST Sealing Solutions Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Sub-contractors and the AST Sealing Solutions Code of Conduct for Distributors.
Our Code adheres to international guidelines such as the United Nation’s Global Compact’s Ten Principles, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Companies, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Charter. The rights related to healthy and safe workplaces are ensured through our well-acknowledged and ISO-certified and global EHS program.
