Health and Safety
The AST Sealing Solutions Safety Work program aims to create a common safety culture in all production units of the company and prevent occupational accidents and injuries. The program includes all staff, including both employees and internal resources, without exception.
The program is monitored through annual internal audits, where facilities are evaluated according to best practices in terms of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management, machine safety and accident tracking, in order to prevent the same kind of recurrence.
